Five New Fermenters and One New Bright Tank
The production expansion is well underway. This past week our new tankers came in on schedule. We now have five new fermenters and one new bright tank to add to our production capacity. We already have eight 30bbl fermenters and two 60bbl bright tanks in production, and with the new additional units we will be able to double our production capacity. All we are waiting on now is our new GAI 3003A bottling line. Be prepared for 2013 to be a big year for the Central Valley Craft Beer Community
